We quote every shipment individually, because the price of an international parcel depends on more than its weight. Send us the details and you will have a firm rate to compare, with no obligation to book.
What the price depends on
- Destination country and zone. Carriers group countries into zones, and the zone matters more than raw distance.
- Chargeable weight. This is the greater of the parcel’s actual weight and its volumetric weight, which is calculated from its dimensions. A large box of light goods is charged on its size.
- Service level. Express services reach most destinations in a few working days and cost more than economy options.
- Contents. Documents are generally cheaper than goods, and some categories carry handling surcharges.
- Duties and taxes. These are levied by the destination country, not by us, and are normally payable by the recipient. They are separate from the shipping rate we quote.
Getting a rate
Send us the destination, the approximate weight, the box dimensions and a short description of the contents. We compare what our carrier partners can do for that shipment and come back with the options. For most enquiries this takes well under a working day.
Shipping regularly?
If you send parcels every week, individual quotes stop making sense. Our seller partner arrangement sets agreed rates and a standing collection schedule instead.
