Support

Our team is reachable 24 hours a day, every day of the year, on Sinhala, Tamil and English. Here is where to start, depending on what you need.

Tracking a shipment

Once your parcel is collected and paid for, we issue the carrier’s tracking number. Track it on the carrier’s own site using that number, since their system is the authoritative record of where the parcel is. If tracking has not updated in more than two working days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

A delayed parcel

International shipments most often stall at customs in the destination country, usually because the recipient needs to supply information or pay duty before release. The carrier normally contacts the recipient directly. If you think this has happened, tell us the tracking number and we will find out what is holding it.

Damage or loss

Report damage as soon as the parcel arrives, with photographs of the packaging and the contents, and keep the packaging until the claim is settled. Carriers impose strict time limits on claims, so contact us the same day where possible.

Customs and paperwork

Every international shipment needs an accurate customs declaration describing the contents and their value. If you are unsure how to describe what you are sending, ask us before collection. Getting this wrong is the most common cause of a parcel being delayed or returned.

Reach us

When you write in, include your tracking number if you have one. It saves a round trip.
